How do I register?

Online registrations will available on this site by 30 June 2010. We ask that you wait for this option and thank you for your patience. If you need to register for the conference BEFORE the end of the financial year, click here for details and to download a registration form. 

How can I volunteer for the Conference?

If you would like to volunteer at the 2010 National Indigenous Land & Sea Management Conference CLICK HERE to fill out our volunteer application form.

How do I know which ticket price I am eligible for?

  • Corporate Rate: Government and Industry representatives.
  • Organisation Rate: Indigenous and Not-For-Profit organisations.
  • Individual Rate: Individual Community members.
  • Student & Concession Rate: Includes student concession card holders & pension card holders.


Do I have to stay in the Tent City?

NO. There are a number of caravan parks, hotels and motels located in Broken Hill that can be booked at your leisure. Click here for more information on Accommodation in Broken Hill.

Can my partner just come to the Conference Dinner?

YES. On the conference registration form you have the option to purchase additional dinner tickets. Name of guest and dietary requirements will need to be provided.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still register to attend?

YES. In the payments section of the registration you have the option to select INVOICE. NILSMC will issue an invoice and payment can be made by cheque or Direct Deposit.  Post cheque to HHO Events, PO Box 3276 Mildura VIC 3502.

I don’t have a pay pal account. Can I still register to attend?

YES. Pay Pal is only our merchant. You DO NOT need to have a Pay Pal account you can use your credit card, however if you do have a Pay Pal account you have the option to use that but you do not have to. Alternatively you can select INVOICE. NILSMC will issue an invoice and payment can be made by cheque or Direct Deposit.  Post cheques to HHO Events, PO Box 3276 Mildura VIC 3502.

I have diabetes. Will there be a meal option for me?

YES. All meals have been designed to cater for delegates suffering diabetes.

Where is Broken Hill?

Broken Hill located in far west NSW near the border with South Australia on the crossing of the Barrier Highway (national route 32) and the Silver City Highway (national route 79), in the Barrier Range. Unlike the rest of New South Wales, Broken Hill (and the surrounding region) observes Australian Central Standard Time, UTC+9:30, a time zone it shares with South Australia and the Northern Territory.
